How do I return an item?
All sales are final (no refunds), but products can be exchanged within 30 days. There will also be will be a 25% restocking fee imposed on exchanged, returned, or canceled orders. Products must be in the original packaging, unopened, and in good condition. All returns must be pre-approved by our office prior to return. Shipping charges on all returned merchandise must be pre-paid. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Holiday merchandise, custom order and sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We take care when packaging and shipping your order, so it will arrive in good condition. Once shipments are accepted, damaged merchandise is the responsibility of the customer. INSPECT ALL PACKAGES AND REPORT VISIBLE DAMAGE TO THE CARRIER UPON ACCEPTANCE. If damage to a shipment has occurred, please call the carrier and file a claim. Please save all original cartons and packing material until the carrier has made inspection. Failure to follow these instructions will void the insurance and limit our ability to issue you credit or send replacement.
Backorders will be shipped when the merchandise becomes available unless otherwise specified on your order. Cancel your back orders promptly if you do not wish to receive them.
